Sensory Reserve Tasting

Inspired by the Age of Exploration and early winemaking traditions, this guided experience examines the alchemical transformation of grape to wine. Guests are invited to compare and contrast wines while observing how varietal, structure, terroir, and craftsmanship shape aroma, texture, and overall expression. The tasting may include side-by-side comparisons or blind tasting experiments, offering deeper insight into the nuances of each style.
